CHIC AND MODERN ITALIAN VILLA

Paris-based architect and interior designer Fabrice Bejjani has fashioned the Trullo Pinnacolo project.

This 350m2 villa is nestled within the charming valleys of Puglia in southern Italy. The luxury villa consists of three buildings and flawlessly combines Fabrice’s signature style, which is both stylish and straightforward, with materials which are classic of the region but employed to give a luxurious contemporary feel.

The fabrics, walnut wood, white lacquered metal and Trani marble chosen by Fabrice along his custom made furniture for the property, create a friendly and undemanding ambience and a place to live that is very flowing, very placid and with no embellishments. From every angle of this wonderfully crafted villa, the hosts and guests can enjoy the region’s great exposure to light as well as the landscape afforded by the never-ending fields of olive trees which surround the luxury villa.

The kitchen and dining area opens out onto the three outdoor terrace areas and garden, creating a space which is sociable, functional and ideal for alfresco dining. The four indistinguishable adjoining bedrooms each have their own terrace overlooking the surrounding scenery and on the other side they overlook the Trullo and the Lamia.

All the bathrooms are arranged like a hotel bathroom and are highly functional and easy to use. The bathrooms that pair with bedrooms one to four have a window that opens onto the bedroom terrace. This bright and airy lounge area is very bright from the natural sunlight and can accommodate up to 15 people. The bay window covers the entire length of the room and opens out onto the outside areas by way of a large glass door.

The heart of the building is the outdoor dining area which can house up to 14 people, looks out over the eye-catching views and connects to the flight of stairs and the swimming pool. The swimming pool is both the main and ubiquitous feature of the villa. The sleek shape adds to the modern architectural appearance and the black mosaic tiles means the pool reflects both the house and the olive trees according to the time and the light.
