Christmas Ball Ornament Ideas
The Christmas ball ornaments are a must-have, whether it’s a traditional, rustic or contemporary holiday décor...
But have you ever thought to improve or to change the design and use of these classical decorations? There are many interesting ways in which you can use them and we have selected a few very beautiful DIY projects for you to try this year.
A clear, transparent ornament is almost inviting you to out something inside it. This ornament is very delicate and also very original. To make something similar you need fake snow or confetti, block letters, ribbon and glue. Glue the letters together to form a word that fits inside, fill the ornament with snow, berries and greenery and then place the word inside using tweezers.
Colored ball ornaments can also be used for all sorts of projects. For example, you could make monogrammed ornaments. Take some tape and delimit the area where you’ll be painting the letter and then just paint the initial inside that space.
Another thing you can do is glue clear stones on the exterior of an ornament. You’ll get a glamorous ornament for your Christmas tree. It’s easy to make and you can also use colored stones if you want.
You could also choose to stamp certain words on the ornaments. For example, if you decide to use white ornaments, you can choose a black stamp and then sprinkle a little black embossing powder on the letters.
Winter sometimes makes us nostalgic and makes us think of the great moments we spent on the beach and in the sun. You could make something that reminds you of those happy moments, something like a clear ornament filled with sand, sea stars and other similar things.
You can get creative and make all sorts of designs. For example, draw anything you want on the ornament using glue and then apply glitter on top.
