Blue Sapphire, the new project by Officine Gullo
Blue Sapphire is the leading colour of the very new project Officine Gullo carried out in Dublin.
An elegant and refined place where striking colours stand out skilfully matched with finishing of nickel-plated brass, with wooden elements and marbles with pure white shades.
A unique and unmistakable style able to match in an impeccable way the classical charm of forms with an ancient taste with clear and clean lines which successfully mark the will for a projection towards contemporary and design contests.
It results a pleasant feeling to experience luxury and beauty in a kitchen where every detail is the result of research and handicraft manufacturing and where tools can be perfectly referable to those of a professional kitchen of haute cuisine.
The Blue Sapphire project includes a work island, with important dimensions and characterized by an elegant top of golden Calacatta marble where a professional induction hub with hidden cooker hood is placed on, and an effective washing area. Several spaces with doors and drawers offer a wide choice for any typology of capacity.
Along the wall two columns, made of mahogany and equipped with systems for a professional cooking and for preservation, serve as frame for a remarkable cooker equipped with 4 burners, a pasta cooker, barbeque, coup de feu, fry top and induction work. The bloc is also equipped with a convection oven GN1/1 and an electrical conventional oven GN2/1, a professional dishwasher and a space to stock vegetables.
The structure of the kitchen is made of high thick stainless steel, Blue Sapphire painted. The top and the back are made of white Carrara marble.
As it is for all the creations by Officine Gullo, it is possible to fully customize the composition of the cooking equipment, from dimensions to the composition of the hob, to the engraving of knobs or to colours which can be selected from the whole RAL range.
