Norma, traditional style marries technical research
The new saucepan collection by knIndustrie is inspired by the sheer pleasure of cooking.
Norma, conceived by Piero Lissoni, represents a return to more classical aesthetic precepts by recalling with their slightly rounded shapes, entirely produced in aluminium, the cookware of the past days.
While their external appearance relies on formal simplicity, the advanced technical research invested in the study of materials and the attention to details, reveal the strong points and quality features of the Norma range.
The collection consists in a series of utensils manufactured exclusively in trimetal. This composition ensures elevated professional performances as it is composed of three metal sheets: an external chrome-plated stainless-steel surface guarantees greater heat conduction and enables the use of induction hobs; the first internal layer is in aluminium to diffuse the heat while the core is made from 18/10 stainless steel for perfect results. Research into detail also transpires from the squarish design of the handles and lids for saucepans, skillets and casseroles.
